Room was nicely decorated and cozy. Breakfast and dinner were yummy, especially the local dishes!
Location could have been better and the staff was not very helpful in guiding us around. the spa was a major disappointment as it was small and the facilities were outdated.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ski lift. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the friendly welcome to the efficient housekeeping. The amenities in the room were excellent, with a mini-bar, sitting area, and a terrace to enjoy the beautiful views. The spa and wellness center was a great place to relax and unwind, with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. I had a wonderful experience here.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You won't be disappointed!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the spa area which was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Recently visited a mountain hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the modern and cozy room decor as well as the delicious food during my stay. The strategic location was a plus, walking distance to the ski area and a few minutes drive to the town center. The staff was polite and well-informed, always recommending the best walks and visits around. The wellness center was superb, with clean saunas, steam bath, whirlpool, Kneipp trail and many relaxation areas.
We weren't able to use the facilities as we had arrived late and left early, and the staff didn't compensate us or even apologize for the inconvenience. the menu wasn't translated into my language, and the waiter struggled to communicate with us.

Located just a short drive away from the ski lift, this cozy mountain hotel offers convenience for skiers and snowboarders. the rooms are beautifully furnished with real wood flooring, giving a warm and clean atmosphere. the spa facilities are brand new and extensive, including saunas, steam baths, and a whirlpool. the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of sweet and savory options, perfect for starting the day off right.
The language barrier with some staff members, who only spoke German and Italian, could be a bit challenging for non-native speakers.
